The Holistic Fitness story

My name is Lucas Kraus. I am a holistic health and fitness coach from New York. I help busy people reclaim their health and build their dream body in 6 months. Long before my days as a coach, I was a skinny teenager struggling to gain muscle. I began my fitness journey completely uneducated, with no coaches or trainers. At that time, I stayed up late every night, ate junk food every day, and couldn’t regulate my stress. My consistent lack of sleep and unhealthy eating habits made my workouts painful and agonizing. This cycle of unhealthy habits continued for a while, but I eventually had to make changes.

How did I break out of this cycle of unhealthy habits? By studying EVERYTHING I could get my hands on about health and fitness. I learned that nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness were just as important as being in the gym. I started cooking my own food, going to bed at a reasonable time, and meditating once a day. By turning my learnings into habits, my life improved in all facets. Since then, I have gained 30 pounds of lean muscle, erased my chronic pain, and reclaimed my health. My mission is to help as many people as possible through my holistic approach to fitness. If you’re tired of not looking or feeling your best, book a complimentary consultation call with me by emailing lucas@holisticfitnessformula.com to begin your journey!

How do I start with your coaching services?

To start with our coaching services, click here to fill out an enrollment questionnaire:

How often will I have access to my coach?

You will have access to your coach via text messages 24 hours, 6 days a week. You will also meet your coach bi-weekly for a 1-on-1 accountability call. We strive to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your journey.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

We are able to work with your dietary restrictions and allergies. During your initial consultation call, you can discuss any dietary concerns you may have with your coach, and they will create a customized plan that meets your specific needs.
